 ลักษณะงาน   •   Provide stationery and office duties.
•   Provide general administrative duties and all other special assignments requested by the MD and EA.
•   Receiving incoming telephone calls, e-mail, securing necessary information and transferring.
•   Receive all incoming billings & invoices from vendors/suppliers and check for correctness of company name and address, distribute to concerned persons to sign before sending to accounting department.
•   Responsibility for all reception tasks and general affairs.
•   Coordinate with other departments such as photography and accountants etc.
•   Support all activities and other duties assigned by MD or EA
•   Arranging the company document records, filing and tracking system.
•   Organize and maintain the filing system and follow up pending matters.
•   Other duties as directed by MD and EA

4.    In position of a valid driving licence for a car and able to drive competently would be advantage.
