ลักษณะงาน : The successful candidate will be reporting to Parcel Service Manager and has to work closely with client and Sales Executive. The candidate has
• To recommend DHL service and ensure the clients have been satisfied
• To handle and solve service problem together with Sales Executive
• To pick up parcel from client accommodation occasionally
• To respect confidentiality concerning service standards, service times and others related

• At least 1 years work experience in foreigner service field is preferred
• Good command of English Communication/ service mind/ interpersonal skills/ team work and manage stress.
