 ลักษณะงาน 1. Greeting and warm welcoming guests when the guest arriving in the hotel. 2. Service and take care guests to assist in their registration before check in. 3. To brief the hotel’s guests of its facilities, service and special promotion. 4. To assist and provide accurate information to the guest about the traveling place, restaurant & pub, shopping complexes and places of interest 5. To assists the guest for relaying and following all incoming messages are correctly sent out and handed efficiently. 6. To coordinates closely with Reservation section in the correctly information of room reservation and room status. 7. To attend to any complaints made by the guests and report to Assistant Front Office or Night Manager to immediate action.
