ลักษณะงาน    1. To ensure the mission of the Starfish Country Home School Foundation is consistent with the organization’s vision.
2. To implement the organization’s policies, rules, regulations, principles and procedures in all projects.
3 .To ensure that strategies are carried-out by monitoring and evaluating (M & E) all projects and to report results the Foundation’s Executive Committee.
4. To monitor and ensure that all projects are operated according to the project’s plan and to provide an annual report to the Foundation’s Executive Committee.
5. To monitor the work of managers at all locations to ensure that all works are implemented in four aspects, as follows:
5.1. Business Administration and Financial Management Department/Director Bureau
5.2. Administration and Academic Activities Department
5.3. Student /Children Home Affairs Department
5.4. General Administration Department
6. To monitor the procedure of school admissions including the return of children to their homes and to propose matters to the Executive Board members for consideration and approval within the scheduled timeframe.
7. To monitor the school’s admission and terminations of scholarships and to report matters to the Executive Board members for consideration and approval within the scheduled timeframe.
8. To create good relationships, teamwork, public consciousness and loyalty to the organization.
9. To create networks with both government and private sectors.
10. To create and ensure a good public image of the organization.
11. To participate in the foundation’s various activities
12. To do other assignments given by the Executive Committee of the Foundation

2.    Bachelor’s degree in Education, social work or related field
3.    Fluent in Thai and English
4.    Five years in management level
