3.Scan 5500000

4.1 Addres returned. Last digit is 8

5.Select And Change 8 to 2

6.Notice the value changed to 23293

7.Change 23293 to 23285

8.Visit Friends and then go back to your city

9.Now your house bonus are all extremely high as shown in my screenshot.
