นินเทนโดเปิดโผรายชื่อเกมที่จะออกวางจำหน่ายในอเมริกาช่วงต้นปี 2013 นำทัพมาโดยเกม "Lego City Undercover" ที่จะลงเครื่องวี ยู ในวันที่ 18 มีนาคม จากนั้นหนึ่งวันเกม "Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate" จะลงเครื่องวี ยู และ 3DS
"Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins" เกมลำดับที่สองในซีรีส์ Lego City จะออกบนเครื่องพกพา 3DS ในวันที่ 21 เมษายน เกมจะมีเนื้อเรื่องเกิดขึ้นก่อนเกมภาคที่ลงเครื่องวี ยู

สำหรับเกมบนเครื่องพกพา 3DS ก็เปิดเผยกำหนดวางจำหน่ายออกมาหลายเกม อย่าง Brain Age: Concentration Training (10 กุมภาพันธ์), Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (24 มีนาคม) และ Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity (24 มีนาคม) นอกจากกำหนดวันวางจำหน่ายเกมบนเครื่องวี ยู และ 3DS แล้ว นินเทนโดได้เปิดตัวเซทอุปกรณ์เสริม Wii U GamePad ที่จะออกวางจำหน่ายในวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ด้วยราคา 13 เหรียญสหรัฐ ภายในประกอบด้วย ที่กันหน้าจอสำหรับเกมแพด , ปากกาสไตลัสขนาดใหญ่ และผ้าเช็ด
