Customer Service and Complaint Handling : 1 อัตรา
 ลักษณะงาน   Customer Service and Complaint Handling are responsible for monitoring, understanding and trying to reduce the amount of customer complaints a company receives. Customer Service and Complaint Handling often oversee a team of customer service representatives and working alongside with Sales department.
- Improving the overall customer relationship
- Acknowledging complaints promptly and responding to them within set time limits, systematically and fairly
- Resolving customers’ queries within agreed authority, investigating the cause of any complaints, gathering information from relevant sales and service teams
- Summarising any additional actions required, advising customers when they can expect a final response, drafting and sending out correspondence
- Maintaining customer related information systems for accurate record keeping
- Using complaint information to improve service and sales standards where appropriate
- Assist junior workers with more complex problems and reconcile data
- Providing oversight and guidance for managing high priority complaints

- Excellent interpersonal skills are also required when dealing with members of staff and customers
- Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills.

- Role involves working at a computer and monitoring statistics, candidates must be computer literate
