Most computers are attacked by trojan or virus daily although they are protected by antivirus. However, most antivirus (even the most updated and famous antivirus) also cannot kill the viruses when the computers are infected by trojans or viruses. Below are the methods I use to remove trojans or viruses manually and effectively.
Kill all processes in windows except all the system processes such as
winlogon.exe
csrss.exe
svchost.exe
lsass.exe
services.exe
smss.exe
All system processes cannot be stopped by Task Manager.
Don't ever stop the system processes. If Task Manager is disabled by trojans or viruses, try Hijackfree.
Scan your computer with latest updated antivirus or virus remover tools such as Remove Fake Antivirus, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (http://board.nickcs.com/index.php/topic,8761.0.html) etc.
Reboot.
Search in Google to find out other manual solutions if the virus still infect the computer after reboot.
