- Provide IT Helpdesk Support and Solving Daily Problems
- Perform Software and Hardware Installation, Maintenance, Backup and Recovery
- Perform Daily System and Data Backups
- IT Inventory management
- Maintain General IT Security
- Maintain Support and User Training Documentation

ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
1. Experience with PC & Notebook Setup and Hardware Troubleshooting
2. Experience in Microsoft Product (MS Office 2003/2007, Windows XP/7/Server2003)
3. Basic Knowledge on TCP/IP network
4. Some Programming Experiences will be Advantageous
5. Good Human Relationship and Service Minded
