Asst.Guest Service Manager
ลักษณะงาน - Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Train and resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team.

1. Excellent in both of English and Chinese.
2. At least bachelor degree diploma.
3. Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
4. Professional appearance and demeanor
5. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
