Firstly , Go to Cafe World
Requirement :
Browser (Firefox)
Download: Cheat Engine 5.6 (http://board.nickcs.com/go.php?http://www.ziddu.com/download/10247869/CheatEngine56.exe.html)

Steps:
-Go Cafe World by clicking above links
-Open Cheat Engine (http://board.nickcs.com/go.php?http://www.ziddu.com/download/10247869/CheatEngine56.exe.html), choose process firefox
-Tick 4bytes
-Scan your current EXP value
-Visit a friend and eat the dish of the day to earn EXP
-Next scan your new EXP value
-1 address should returned
-Double click result and Copy the Address Below
-Now click "Add Address Manually", Paste the address and add "-34" at the end (example: 01AS22H8-34)
-The new address should be shown with the value of your current level
-Change the value to 64 and freeze it
-Viola !! Now you can purchase all dishes.
-Make sure you save your game
