1. Experienced Front End Web Developer with exceptionally strong HTML and CSS
2. Good command of spoken and written English
3. Code HTML by hand and not rely on WYSIWIG programs
4. Very strong coded HMTL, CSS, JavaScript/Jquery knowledge
5. PHP knowledge, MAMP/LAMP & mySql
