For European boutique restaurant (French - Mediterranean - Organic)
Your mission is to setup menu following restaurant marketing and image, train and leader your staff, control and manage cost and stock. Cook and maintain standard and quality. Able to communicate nicely with customers.

1. Fluent in speaking, reading English

3. At least 10 years working experence in kitchen
4. Flexible for working time
