Each ice-skating rink gives you 42,000 happiness Each link only work once. Some links will expire earlier than other links, so just keep trying. If all the links have expired, it only meant that you are too slow as it is working for me right now.
Not sure if region affects. But seems like some people are saying it's expired but on my end, most links are still working :O
