Assistant Human Resource Manager : 1 อัตรา
ลักษณะงาน Responsibility
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
• Performing a wide range of HR & general administrative functions including policies & regulations, corporate initiatives, staffing, compensation, payroll matters, recruitment, training and employee relations.
• Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
• To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments). including monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc. Ensuring compliance with all labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร ชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 20 ปี ขึ้นไป
วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี Human Resources Management or related fields หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ 0 ปีขึ้นไป
1. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ 0-5ปี จะได้รับเงินเดือน 15,000 - 25,000 บาท/เดือน
2. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ 5ปีขึ้นไป จะได้รับเงินเดือน 25,000 - 60,000 บาท/เดือน
