HR Assistant Manager (Chiang Mai Based) U R G E N T LY  : 1 อัตรา     ประกาศเมื่อ : 5 ตุลาคม 53
ลักษณะงาน    Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

Support HR function : payroll; remuneration; discipline; employee relations; and general HR.
Advise, develop and implement company and HR policies.
Advise, develop and implement legal compliance.
New Employee Induction
Organize and develop induction materials
Quickly and efficiently find candidates to match staffing reqirements
Training Facilitation and Development
Identify training needs (‘GAP analysis’) and validate major training objectives with management.
Establish cost-benefit analyses of training program options and communicate these to management.
Schedule training programs and coordinate course delivery.
Develop and maintain course curriculum.
Ensure that course evaluations are compiled and information utilised to improve training courses and programmes.
Establish and manage yearly budget.
ISO & Special Projects
Support and Provide information for ISO Project.
Supply data and information to Chief Corporate Services according to special project requirements

1.    University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
