Steps:
This cheat is better done on a secondary account. Keep finding the Gourment King (you have to refresh the game after finding him) and just Share/Publish the item that you want.
Then use your primary account to claim the item.

Remember, it's better to reload the game after finding the Gourmet King so that he will appear soon.

Ingredients in this cheat:
Almond, apple, beef, butter, cherry, chicken, chocolate, coconut, coffeebeans, cream, egg, hazlenut, ice, mango, milk, mint, pineapple, potato, salmon, seaweed, soda, strawberry, tea leaves, tofu

Gourmet King Ingredient:

-Download the required bin files from any of the links above.
-Open fiddler and go to autoresponder. [read fiddler tutorial first if unclear]
-In the rule editor, add this regular expression to replace ingredient.bin

REGEX:(?insx).*ingredient\.bin$

-Click on the ▼ button and browse to the files that you have just downloaded. Replace it with ITEMNAME.bin . Basically, just choose the item you want and replace ingredient.bin with the correct file.
-Click SAVE
-Go into Restaurant City.
-Check your fiddler and make sure ingredient.bin is highlighted in gray. This means it has been replaced.
-Once loaded, go into your restaurant and keep decorating > saving > decorating > saving.... till you see the Food King near your planting ingredients area.



Ingredients Rule Editor: REGEX:(?insx).*ingredient\.bin$

To get the new furniture or bowling avatar, just do the same steps except use these REGEX instead of ingredient.

Furniture Rule Editor: REGEX:(?insx).*restaurant\.bin$
Avatar Rule Editor: REGEX:(?insx).*avatar\.bin$
Recipe Rule Editor: Regex:(?insx)^.*recipe\.bin$


Important Note.: As there are now 4 random items that you can get from the King (ingredients, furniture, avatar, recipe) but only 3 will be shown therefore if you want Ingredients, Furniture and Recipe, you will need to change the file to replace the Avatar rule editor to "NoAvatar.bin".
  

To unlock all Recipes Steps:

-In the rule editor, add this regular expression to replace recipe.bin

Recipe Rule Editor: REGEX:(?insx)^.*recipe\.bin$

-Click on the ▼ button and browse to the files that you have just downloaded. Replace it with UNLOCK-ALL-RECIPE.bin . -Click SAVE
-Go into Restaurant City and now all past dishes will appear if you have replaced correctly.


To get All quizzes Correct:

-In the rule editor, add this regular expression to replace recipe.bin

Recipe Rule Editor: REGEX:(?insx)^.*quiz\.bin$

-Click on the ▼ button and browse to the files that you have just downloaded. Replace it with ALL-QUIZ-CORRECT.bin .
-Click SAVE
-Go into Restaurant City and for your quizzes, just select any answer. You will still get it correct.
