 ลักษณะงาน   Job Description

International Compliance Management is looking for a disciplined and highly organized in-house lawyer who will be primarily responsible for the preparation of legal documents, filing annual documents, and other legal tasks. This will require good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Office 2010 & 2013. All legal documentation within the firm is written in English. A strong command of the English language in areas of reading, writing, and speaking are critical in this position. This position also requires individuals who are meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to conduct their work from day-to-day in a sophisticated manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (legal degree is not required, but preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2010 & 2013
• Highly organized, disciplined, and dependable

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare legal document types
• Prepare and complete annual tax return filings
• Prepare presentations for clients
• Assist in preparation of organizational charts for a variety of different organization types
• Coordinate with lawyers and other staff in the firm to ensure work is organized, thorough, and complete
• Research corporate law and coporate share structure relating to Canadian client corporations
• Conduct online corporate searches at Canadian or US corporate registry systens
• Perform miscellaneous tasks relating to client corporations and client issues, including preparation of correspondence
• Complete tasks relating to international law

*Salary will be considered based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
