 ลักษณะงาน   •   Supervise procurement and logistics staff, including allocating and monitoring work, identifying training needs and providing performance feedback and evaluation, to ensure a high level of staff performance.
•   Possess an in depth understanding of donor procurement regulations and provide training, advice and guidance to procurement and area staff to ensure compliance.
•   Review ADRA Thailand’s existing project level procurement system and make adjustments to improve that system as necessary.
•   Manage the implementation of an efficient procurement and logistics system, ensuring that the team follows tendering and procurement protocols and plan and monitor the transportation and delivery of materials to camps.
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, low prices and on time delivery.
•   Ensure effective communication and coordinator with the VTRM Management and Area Teams to ensure successful project implementation.
•   Liaise with the VTRM Management Team and Area Teams to ensure that guidelines for the management and storage of materials are implemented.
•   Maintain accurate procurement records.



•   Manage ADRA project assets and ensure inventory files are accurate and up to date.
•   Manage the upkeep of storage facilities in ADRA offices and project facilities in the camps.
•   Manage the vehicles at the ADRA Mae Sot office, ensuring that all necessary vehicle documents (including insurance, registration and license etc) are up to date and that vehicle maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion.
•   Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and project reports as required.
•   Assist to Coordinate field visits by ADRA Thailand senior management staff, Best Project partners, donors and others as required.
•   Escalate issues requiring immediate solution for smooth project implementation to the Regional Coordinator.
•   Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.

3.   Experience in managing a team
4.   Strong cross-cultural communication skills
5.   Must have strong operational management skills, flexibility and be team orientated
