Georgie&Lou co.ltd is searching for GARMENT Supervisor who must have detailed hands on knowledge of Industrial Engineering. Good analytical and managerial skills to handle the labor force as well as lead a team of technicians. Must have practical and hands on knowledge of production planning systems in the garment manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
 Will be responsible for Production Process. The below are the sub tasks.
 Check and control the production process.
 Check rejection levels.
 Find inefficiencies in the process and change it.
 Assign job orders to line leaders. See to the execution of the job orders.
 Balance the line.
 Work with the production director and assign benchmarks based on GSD.
 Review of Daily Quality, Productivity & Delivery performance based on GSD.
 Factory Administration.
 Process Executive:
 Work with the process executive and make sure all the process are being executed as they should be.
 Ensure up-gradation and implementation of internal SOPs for best manufacturing practices.

Job Requirements:
 5 Years of work experience as a production supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Must know how to sew a garment.
 Must know how to make a pattern.
 Must know GSD (General Sewing Data ) process.
 Must know how to do line balancing.
 Must have hands on experience of managing a production house.
 Very conversant & familiar with latest machineries used in Garments Production.
 Should have experience working with Knit garments and sweaters.
 Must know how to speak Thai and English.

Organizational Relationships:
• Report to Garment Manager

1.   สามารถเย็บจักรเข็มเดี่ยว จักรโพ้ง จักรลา ได้
2.   สามารถสอนพนักงานเย็บผ้าได้
3.   สามารถดู Pattern ได้
