 ลักษณะงาน   Position Summary:
Manages vendor relationships with regards to the purchase of goods and/or services to support manufacturing. Negotiates and enforces contract terms. Ensures raw materials are procured according to material requirements plans, optimizing price, quality, and delivery

Responsibilities:
-   Conduct and manage procurement activities.
-   Check stock and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
-   Run stock out report daily to maintain required inventory levels.
-   Initiate purchase requisition for Inventory replenishment as needed and gain necessary spending approvals.
-   Generate inventory purchase orders and send to Suppliers.
-   Obtain supplier PO confirmations and update PO accordingly in the system.
-   Monitor Open Purchase Order Report/ Stock Status report to follow up and expedite material to ensure on time delivery.
-   Create report for supplier price comparison.
-   Continuously monitor and set objectives to improve the performance and cost effectiveness of the suppliers.
-   Generate Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) purchase orders according to Purchasing SOP.
-   Maintain master schedules and material requirement planning in order to manage flow of finish goods to optimize inventory at warehouse and supplier.
-    Arranging for Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s).
-   Coordinate with distributors and manufacturers on placing and delivery of orders.
-   Maintain accurate procurement/inventory data.
-    Resolve any issues surrounding purchases (delivery schedule, receiving, invoicing).
-   Ensure all requisitions are in compliance with Purchasing SOP.
-   Duties will include collating/filing of purchase orders.
-   Establish monthly forecasts in order to define the quantities.

    ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
    
1.   A Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent required. 3-5 yrs experience in a purchasing
2.   Experience working in a MRP and manufacturing environment.
3.   Direct experience in hardware and metal structure industrial business will be advantage
4.   Team player, Good spoken and written communication skills
5.   The ability to work under pressure to deadlines, Good geographical knowledge.
