 ลักษณะงาน   Responsibilities:

 Prepare correspondence, report and materials for publications and presentations.
 Setup CEO’s Travel arrangement.
 Setup accommodation and entertainments arrangements for company visitors.
 Maintain CEO’s calendar.
 Prepare and maintain CEO’s expense report.
 Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
 Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
 Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
 Meet and greet clients and visitors.
 Perform general and clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
 Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
 Coordinate project-based work.
 Supervise support staff.
 Other duty as designed.

2.    - Pleasant, service mind, punctual and reliable person.
3.    - Experience of being executive secretary would be advantage.
